Charge on my Visa Account

You take a payment of $21.25 from my Visa Account and I don't have an account with you never been to your website and never play games. I did not purchase anything from you and have never been to the website until I found this charge on my account. I can see you guys have a problem because you don't even have a phone number posted that I can call to get this money back from you. I want my $21.25 charged back to my account.
