cash my two checks for $112.74

I make two orders pay by checks

First order $55.82 order date 06/09/09

second order $56.92 order date 08/11/09. I Email them for the delivery

They change their delivery date three times.

I never received anything they cash my two checks. I have the cancel checks.

Now the delivery date is October 12 2009. I told them to send me my money

back I can not plant anything in October. Please can you help Me ?
