Non delivery of subscribed magazine despite taking 100% advance
Business ReplyBooks & magazines are sent by sellers listed on a1books.co.in. The magazine issues are generally sent by normal post.Few customers do face some problems in receiving the issues. We resolve their issues by advising the seller to sent the replacement issue to the customer by courier as well as we try to change the mode of delivery to courier.In this case also we have sent the replacement issue as well as changed the mode of delivery to courier for this customer. This is a fortnightly magazine for kids but during last 4.5 months, I have got only five copies...that too most of them were delayed. In last 1.5 months I haven't received any copy. I am really surprised with this kind of pathetic service and would never go for it in the future.
