Further harassment by NRS of Texas, collector for AT+T bills

Further harassment by NRS of Texas, collector for AT+T bills I have already posted one of several complaints that you have about these monsters but did not see a way on your homepage of getting to my initial posting to add to it. I believe that NRS is now calling me from Triangle, VA and when I answer the phone no one speaks, and I say "hello" and no one speaks and after a moment of that I hang up. Now I simply don't answer. Now they've tried to come in as a telemarketing call, that I did not answer and they had the nerve to say that my listening to their "private and personal" message was proof that I am Carla Herwitz--in other words pretending that they can serve me with a legal complaint or subpoena by telephone. I certainly do not believe that Massachusetts law allows that, but knowing what I do about Texan law, which is hell on earth, it probably is allowed there. My son is in jail for his ninth month in Austin, awaiting trial by an elected judge and a jury that sets the penalties later this month. He has already been punished more than enough and his life may ultimately be ruined, although he is working on keeping his wits about him. He's too small for the ACLU, of which I have long been a member, but I think his First Amendment rights have been ignored in this case and his lawyer isn't smart enough to prove it. Don't worry, he's also extremely expensive. But that's a story for another day. Nothing that I did that led to this complaint and demand for payment by AT+T's NRS was done by anything but my purchase of a very fancy phone for my son in Austin, TX and his failure to do the proper paperwork to remove me from his account. I also received a cheap phone with AT+T service and was supposed to get a rebate on it, but never did for the same reason--my son did not understand what he had to do to prevent this from happening and help me get my rebate. I am certain that this is not my fault in any sense, except my generosity to my son, who may well have already paid this bill--but my name was still attached to it for at least a the first couple of months. In other words, I signed nothing, put nothing on paper, stayed in Massachusetts and feel that these monstrosities calling themselves a collection agency are passing the harassment point. I can probably sue them, but I'll bet you anything that I won't be able to find them even if/when I go to Austin for other reasons in the near future. Still, this not answering business and this telephone subpoena are beyond the pale. Can you help me? These people need to be put out of business. AT+T is a well-known Republican front that I am certain shares any information it can get from a phone with anyone claiming to be part of the government. They're too big for me to consider suing, but NRS may not be. If you can't help, you can tell me how to enter this complaint next to my original one.
