Great American Products

This is to warn others about my terrible results with Great American Products "CalAbsorb" a few years ago, as they are still selling this same product. In a TV infomercial they advertised this high-priced powdered drink mix of calcium/magnesium, supposed to provide all sorts of health benefits and be "great-tasting." I have never tasted anything so foul and disgusting in all of my life.

I immediately returned the product for a refund under the 30-day guarantee and all I got was a rude runaround. It took numerous calls over a period of weeks, as well as letters threatening legal action to finally get my refund.

Consumer beware. They have been sued by the FTC for violating a court order regarding their advertising. They have been targeted for bogus claims regarding their products.
