tod houslanger is scaming my chase bank acct

Tod Houslanger is a scam artist and a thief. My bank account at Chase Bank was drained yesterday. I live on a fixed income,and now my rent check will bounce. The bank gave me his phone number, When I called him he could not even tell me who was suing me, did not even have their phone number.Yet, he told me that he would have his client call me.No one has called me yet.And now when I call him it goes straight to the voicemail.Please help me
