Michael (Mike) Brackett, Outdoor Designs SCAM ARTISTS

Thomas Michael (Mike) Brackett (dba Outdoor Designs) has stolen $14,350 from our family on a inground fiberglass swimming pool contract we had with him. We signed the contract on 7/7/09 and he finally came out after the 1st payment $4,100 and dug a hole , then came back for $10,250 for the pick up of a fibergalss pool and never returned. He is also scamming another family in Farragut, TN. I am working with the State of TN on a criminal prosecution because he is showing a tend of scams of TN residents against the consumer protection act.
