Magic Jack Ymax Communications Network Solutions P.O. Box 447 Herndon, Va. 20172 PO Box 124, Mo 59930 US Magicjack.com Have had this product for 9 months... has never worked. The few times I have been able to get tech support, I jumped through all of their hoops, and after hours of reprogramming my computer, I still have problems.. Now my account is BLOCKED, and no way to contact them to find out why... Do not waste your money. Where is the FCC on this matter?
