Because of a screw up in Comcasts online bill pay service, I was billed twice. The rep I spoke to submitted a request for refund and promised that I would be re-imbursed. Of course, it was a lie and they now refuse to pay, instead applying it as a credit against next month's bill. How greedy can one company get? Tell your friends about this immoral company. We are switching to Verizon.
