efax and rapidfax

efax and rapidfax US if only companies made money the honest way. efax/rapidfax conduct their business practice at the consumer's expense. it took me 2 months to cancel my service because they set up rules that only permit cancellation through their website, which doesnt confirm the transaction. i originally emailed customer service but it was simply ignored. i want my refund and have complained to Federal Trade Commission, FCC, and Atty Generals office in that state. i hope to find a class action lawsuit action so i can join it. ps their service offers poor quality fax quality too. maybe this is the only way they can make a buck.
