Worst Cheerleading Facility

My 5 year old daughter attended a basic stretch class at this facility and came home with a fracture and torn muscles. My daughter states that a 6 year old girl intentionally and repeatedly injured her. I have asked the facility what the instructor and the other girl had to say about it to no avail. Instead, I was threatened with harassment charges if I do not just shut up and go away. This business have people sign a waiver of liability even if the facility was negligent. Yet they won't provide answers to basic questions as to how my daughter was injured or assaulted that day in class. They just want to sweep everything under the rug and try to intimidate me into keeping the whole incident quiet.
