GE Water Heater

In June 2, 2008, I bought a GE water heater at Home Depot. On day one I noticed that the water heater was not sufficiently giving enough hot water even at maximum setting. I want all my money back plus interest and consequential damage for not having to enjoy my water heater sufficiently. For the amount of $315.00. Subwayfare, of $24.00. Filing fee of $20.00. $1495.36 plus interest correct me if I am wrong, of 36% New York Law of $538.32 Total of $2,033.68 I sued the CEO Frank Blake, Michael Montiverde manager and The Home Depot as co party defendants.
