I was unfortinate enough to be one of the laborers on that job so let me shed some light on the situation. First off i know for a fact that the sales reps make an itemized list of the goods being moved thats what they base pricing on.Second Your list instantly grows on move day and you expect the pricing to be the same they dont even raise the rate on you just pay for what you use is that to much to ask? Then third the true colors are shown when you verbaly abuse the laborers and make threats of "legal action" really we just carry furniture but the empty can rattles the most and some people just cant realize when they are in the wrong and keep beating a dead horse. Its unfortinate that some people feel the need to vent online and i will have you know that we have NO unresolved claims or disputes. The moral of the storie if you lie to get the price you want dont expect ANY buisness to take a loss on your behalf and you can take that to the bank.
