Telling me I owe money

Ge Capital/JCPenney Consumer Northland Group Minneapolis, MN 55439 US I recently received a letter from this company claiming that I owed JC Penney money. I haven't had this account in many years and said that I owed themn 1730.30. This account was closed at least six years ago.
