Refund that was not executed

On-line flight booking MY AIR Casella postale n° 122 36040 Torri di Quartesolo (VI) ITALY , 36040 IT http://myair.com/ On the 10th of june I've booked two flights with reservation reference SML6DN Da Sofia(SOF) a Venezia(VCE) Sun, 30/08/2009 Volo 8I2625 Partenza SOF alle 1530 e arrivo VCE alle 1610 Da Venezia(VCE) a Sofia(SOF) Fri, 04/09/2009 Volo 8I2624 Partenza VCE alle 1210 e arrivo SOF alle 1450 Both flights was cancelled so I was assured (reffering the e-mail, posted below) that my payment will be refund and reversed to the card charged for the payment. Up to now I've recieved no money. It's been more than two months and a half and since the last e-mail I did not recieve any answer from the company. Hope my case will be resolved as soon as possible.
