Out of Product, Won't Refund Money!

I, Rex Wagoner, ordered a rug described as: High Plains Aspen 150 Honey on July 25, 2009, and I paid the company by credit card $391.00, payment in full. After not receiving the rug one month after I ordered it, I learned, after numerous phone calls and emails, that the company did not have this particular rug. I asked that the company refund my $391.00 by crediting my credit card. I have not received any refund credit, and the company will not respond to my phone calls and emails.
