Sofa Slipcovers NC Furniture Factory 4405 Squirrel Trail Lane Charlotte, NC 28269 US www.ncfurniturefactory.com I ordered both replacement slipcovers and sofa back/seat cushions in April 2009. The slipcovers arrived in about 2 months. I finally received the back cushions after over 3 months. I have never received the seat cushions. I have been unable to get any response to my numerous calls, emails, and all attempts to contact the company. I have no confidence that this company is legitimate at this point in time. I plan to continue to seek resolution to this issue, but have no hopes that this company will do the right thing. I ordered slipcovers on August 3 and was also told 30 days. Given same story, fabric on backorder. After numerous emails and calls, the covers arrived but they were for a completely different sofa. Apparently they thought they had the template but they didn't. I requested a refund. When nothing was refunded to my debit card after almost two weeks, I got another story that they were unable to do the refund and that I should make a claim through my bank. I demanded a check by overnight mail but they ignored it. I am out $577 since August 3. I placed the order on June 25 2009 and was told that most orders ship in 30 days. Not so...it took phone calls, e mails, chat online etc. before I was finally told my fabric was backordered but they received the fabric and I would get slipcovers (sofa and loveseat) very soon. I received the sofa slipcovers only on 8/31. I contacted the company many times but unable to speak to a person. I do have several "chat" conversations that I printed but no response since 9/15 when I was told they "should be done in a couple days". I'm still waiting. Ready to have credit card company get refund but I have new sofa slipcovers, would prefer matching loveseat slipcovers.
