Any and all drivers who have or still deliver trader magizines please respond to this add, You worked for Cox Auto Trader than they sold there part to Dominion Enterprise, So now you work for them instead of Cox Auto Trader.

This is about them deducting $5.00 a week out of your weekly paycheck for PDA leasing. They didn't always use the scanner, Use to write everything delivered and picked up on paper.

Than they either bought or leased the PDA Scanners. This is also a tax write off for the business. You go figure how much the company made off all the drivers at $5.00 per week.

Kay Tobin SENIOR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST states that all the drivers signed a lease agreement which included PDA leasing at $5.00 a week, Was your lease agreement signed at there business ?

Or was it signed at your home or in your personal vehicle ? Was it signed in front of a notary, Or an attorney?

If not it is no more than a piece of paper.

She may state that it was signed in april,2009. But if you worked for Cox Auto Trader and they buy the business, They also incur fee's etc from the company they buy.

Did the agreement say your responible for your own gas, or tires and wear and tear ? No.

Than maybe they owe you for Gas, 52 cent per mile.

Anyone who has or still works for this business needs to call Kay Tobin or email her that you want a refund of the $5.00 a week lease which is for Theft & Damage Protection, If your PDA was returned theft and damage free than you are entitled a refund.

If they refuse report them to the IRS since they wrote off the cost of the PDA'S on there taxes and than charge you for the cost over time.
