Cyberlink Power Director 7

Purchased Cyberlink Power Director 7 with extended download on Sept. 29, 2008. After computer crashed I attemtped to redownload program. After signing into Memebers page, I found the download link, after clicking it, it took me to a dead page. I attempted to contact Support only to learn that they now charge for their support. Contacted Webmaster about dead page, only to learn that form verifictaion would not work. I attempted to call the Cyberlink, answered by recording stating that "Apparently Everything is Now Handled On Their Website." Their website is very modern with the exception of MEMEBERS AREA. There is no way to contact Cyberlink, or Cyberlink Support unless you pay for it. Finally recieved email for Digital River the company that handled the purchase transaction who sent me the same page with the dead link on it.
