America Home Shield Doesn't Pay Claims!

I paid into this warranty service for almost three years (totaling around $1800 in cost). During those three years, I filed three claims. The first claim was for my pool. The claim “wasn't covered" because their adjuster said that it didn't break due to normal wear and tear. The pool company that came out and fixed it told me that it did break under normal conditions and that AHS should have covered the repair. My water heater was the second claim. It broke and I wanted to replace it with a tank less water heater. AHS won't pay any of the cost to have a tank less water heater installed. And finally, when my air conditioner broke, they agreed to band aid my AC, but the repairman had to put a hole in my office ceiling to complete the temporary fix (which they O.K.ed). Then, they wouldn't pay to have the hole in my ceiling fixed. The air conditioner broke again 5 months later. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS with this company. It will only lead to disappointment over and over again.
