LG cell phones

I bought the LG Rumor for $300 in December 2008. The phone began shutting off by itself sometimes when I was texting. As time went on it got worse, to the point where it would shut off everytime I tried texting. I sent it into the manufacturer and had to rent a loaner phone for $25. LG charged me $45 dollars to fix the defect stating that it was most likely due to physical damage.

After reading reviews on the internet I saw that this was a common problem people are having with the LG Rumor. I called The LG manufacturer in Mississauga, ON, Canada and they stated that they were not responsible for the costs I paid as a result of the defective phone and they denied that there were any problems with the LG Rumor. When I asked if they were at all responsible for the defective phones they are selling to people which are then costing their consumers money to repair, they hung up on me.

Horrible phone, horrible customer service!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!
