Company refuses to answer emails & phone calls

Tennis Racquet Mansion Athletics US mansion athletics They sent me the wrong tennis racquet and are not answering emails and phone calls to try to rectify the problem. I have sent them at least 5 emails and called them at least 10 times. It is like they have my number on a do not answer list or something like that. I can never get through to them. (b) Customer wanted more information, so we needed to work with our warehouse manager to pick the product and actually measure the size to make sure, which we did. So it took about 1.5 business days to get back to customer with more information. (c) Customer has since confirmed that the product recd is the one they would like to keep. (d) We appreciate our customer's cooperation and patience while we worked to resolve the situation.
