SECOND LIE = THEY SAID THEY SENT US A PACKAGE AND WE SIGNED IT AND MAILED BACK (WHICH WE NEVER DID). THIRD LIE = THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO TALK TO ALL OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANIES.
