service not proper at LG Care

Sir i bought a LG model mobile for my company on 09/09/2008, It was working properly for 6 months and then it had some problem and it was not working and then i took it to the LG service care at Taliors Road on Poonamalle High Road,Chennai . on my warranty period they said the mobile board was fault and they said it will not be charged and they said now there is no stock now and they we will call you when the stock is available i went weekly twice to the service centre for past two months and before two days when i went they said that the stock is available and it will be charged due the warranty period is got over on 09/09/2009. please take some nesscary action on it. i am attaching the&#160mobile purchase bill copy for this.
