Won't honor warranty

Today my wife took in a tire that I bought on sale at Les Schwab. I have always used Les Schwab because I liked their customer service.

My wife brought in all the paperwork proving that we bought the tire, from this store. They denied that they ever even carried this brand of tire. She, unfortunately, bought a new tire, after all, we needed one.

The fact is, we replaced every tire on the car and Les Schwab is the only tire company we have ever gone to since we moved here. We had proof, we had a warranty still in effect, and they refused to honor it.

I will never use this company again. I'm extremely disapointed that my wife went ahead and purchased the tire, not only that, she didn't bring home the tire they removed so that I could fight for my money back.
