Letter from AT&T on 8/28/09 Dear Sir,
I would like someone to help me FIX or understand how I can fix this letter. As I said, first I don't understand the letter and secondly tell me what to do to fix the problem. I was on the phone 45 minutes with a lady name Wendel and I hardly understood a word she said, I am not going through the phone thing again. Will be happy to fax the letter in question for you to see.
