I purchased a Plantronics Voyager Pro from Eglobal Wireless on Sept 3 2009 and I also purchased insurance from them incase it got lost or stolen in the mail, after waiting several days for delivery I called them and inquired about my purchase and they told me it had been delivered to my amazement!! I told them it had not and they told me it was not their problem and that it was between me and the post office!! They never even used the extra money I paid for insurance towards insurance and told me that it was my problem and hung up in my face!! I went to their website and complained on the live chat service they have and the operator said "Poor baby" "You will not win against us" and booted me off the website and blocked my ip address from getting back on there!!! I contacted my bank and now they are under investigation for fraud!! NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM!!! They even sell on ebay and amazon.com If you buy from these criminals you are taking a huge chance and other people I have talk to say that if your product does arrive, it's in a ziplock baggy and not in new condition at all!! Or it's original packaging!! Google is in cahoots with them apparently as their name comes up in Google's search at the top of the page!!! This is insult to injury!! BEWARE OF EGLOBAL WIRELESS!!!

I ordered a SmartBook Netbook with 7" screen from this company right before Christmas. It arrived and it "seemed" to work, but I cannot access my e-mail without a bunch of Security Certificate Errors coming up. This thing is a piece of CRAP!! I have tried and tried to contact E Global Wireless, but no one answers the phone!! I suppose they are Inundated with Calls from Unsatisfied Customers Such as Myself!!

I wish I had read the reviews of this company before I purchased a netbook the summer of 2010. It never worked and I was out of $35.00 and no computer. This company is a scam and I have reported them to the Florida BBB. I wish more people would report them to the BBB.

Busy with orders uhhh no them guys you talk about are operators there are seperate people who do the shipping.And the products are crap I didnt expect a $99 item to work as good as $500 however the charger should not melt. and they quit turning on after a week. when u get yours let us know how you like it.

Your right this is a very fraudulant company - never answer their phone...we finally did get the netbook we ordered - however it didnt work properly, and when you want to return it the only way is to hope that someone "online" will respond..they have no phone lines available. No one responded by email, and when I did return it they take off 25% for restocking fees! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

To any and all that think the so-called "Better Business" group is going to do anything, forget it. I placed a complaint with them regarding this company and when the "company" failed to respond, the determined the case closed but unresolved. Lots of help there. I know now what model Capitol One used for their "Peggy" commercials, it was the service manager at eGlobal Wireless. They are the most customer unfriendly operation I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

The knock off netbook they shipped was the hieght of 1970's style technology. Pure crap and yet they still will not take it back or even respond. I am making it my personal goal to make sure that everyone I come in contact with within the university system knows just how much of a rip off this company is.

To the person who is feeling sorry for Eglobal Wireless -No, it is obvious you have not recieved your product yet. I did not expect it to be like a 500.00 netbook, but I expected it to work. I expected it to live up to what the company advertises, I expected to be able to talk to someone if there was a problem, I expected good customer service, should I go on? So, when someone takes $238.00 from you and you get something that is worth 20.00 and does not work. That really cuts into your Christmas money. Then you send the product back and they refuse to talk to you or give you your money back, what do you call that. They are thieves and cons, and prey on poeple who are on a budget.

I thought I was purchasing 2 netbooks made by Sylvania on line. They were sold from eglobal wireless. They were Christmas presents for 2 of my grandkids. One worked for a little while. Now neither of them work. They do not even have Sylvania on them. These people are rip offs!!!! Everytime I try to call, cannot talk to anyone!

I ordered a netbook also got it .the manuel is no good .My grandson got on but says it has to be updated and you cannot update windows ce 6.0. There is nothing on upgranding for a windows ce 6.0. Have tried contracting them and no luck. The charger that came with it caught on fire when my grandson plugged it in. I'm not happy and i will get all my money back. I will never recommend this company to anyone else.

First of all, his company is supposed to be prepared to handle high volume orders during the Christmas period. Secondly, he is responsible for the product once it leaves his establishment if you paid for insurance on the product during the ordering phase. If he cannot provide assistance due to postal mishap, he is falsely advertising and defrauding his customers. You pay insurance to make certain that if anything happens to your product in transit, it can either be replaced or repaired. And last of all, a not so important issue, the word is spelled RESPONSIBLE not RESPONSABLE. If he cannot handle the high volume orders during the holidays, he should take his website off and handle only local sales. Being that he cannot get products out to his customers in a timely manner, from the consumers' view, he is ripping them off. In laymen terms, it is called fraud, which is illegal.

I paid for a netbook on 12/2. It still hasn't been shipped. They will not answer the phone. I've called about a hundred times and never get through to anyone. All I finally got was an email saying I would be told when it would be shipped. That didn't answer my question. I can't get through to the online chat.

I don't think you know the meaning of customer service.


This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They're here to make a profit by ripping customers off! I ordered a Netbook from them and they even called to confirm my address. The shipment was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days with priority shipping. After almost a week had passed I call to find out why my Netbook has not yet arrived. They then informed me that the Netbook is on back order and that it would arrive the following week. They also mentioned that someone was supposed to call me and inform me about the back order. No one ever called to tell me that the Netbook was on back order or that my shipment would be delayed. This was supposed to be a gift and the gift wasn’t going to be here on time. So I asked them to cancel my order since it did not come in the time they promised me and they would not give me a full refund. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The manager is rude and does not have any knowledge about customer service contrary to what their website says! The manager himself told me that the owners don't care and that he is the one that runs things. Clearly this is a one person company but the owners need to hire someone new to represent them!!!
