BEKINS/BOYER ROSENE

I have recently moved with Bekins/BOYER ROSENE from New York to out of state. I had several damaged boxes delivered, and one large box was missing. Included in the missing items was a computer which was packed in larger boxes. En Route, the delivery driver stated that my shipment was repacked due to "boxes collapsing". This was done without my knowledge and I have even been told that there was never any evidence a computer was packed (although I watched them tape up the box). I have currently been informed that I will not be reimbursed for this item, although I had full insurance setup for this move.

Heres my sorrow story. Boyer Rosene moved our things last summer and somehow a guaranteed price is not guaranteed at all. They incorrectly estimated our weight and stuck us with a higher bill of $700, even though we had a binding contract. Our box count was over what they estimated so they said we added stuff to our shipment. It was horse crap because we used smaller boxes to protect our valuables. Boyer Rosene Bekins should lose their license and be wiped from the face of the Earth.
