Uniden Cordless Phone

Dear Sir or Madam

MY Uniden Cordless phone Model Number DCT646-3 crackles and has a lot of

static on it when I receive or make a call. It is almost impossible to hear

what people are saying to me. My callers also complain.

I feel sure a well know company like Uniden does not sell phones that

cause that to happen. I called the cable company (Charter) and was told

that Uniden is the only phone that causes static with their system and help

will have to come from you.

I explored your web site and did not get any information on my phone.

I called your help line and had many punch this and that's. The static was

such I could not complete the call.

Charter recommended I toss the phone I have and purchase another brand

Any brand except Uniden. This is an impossible situation for me as I am a

64 year old widow living on disability income only. I sell items on ebay

to supplement my income and those sales are almost non existent in todays

economy. I live in the country alone and need to have a phone that works

well when the computer is on.

What solutions can you recommend? I hope to hear from you very soon. I

really and sincerely do appreciate any help you can give me in this matter
