Estes Express Lines Dear Sirs, I bought a new hot tub lid from FL and had it shipped via Estes Express Lines to NC. We picked it up at the Raleigh office. Once we started using our tub with the new lid we noticed holes in it. We still had the box and found matching holes in the box that are definitely fork lift holes. I contacted Estes, filled out forms and submitted pictures. I still have the box. They initially denied my claim, then offered 1/3 of my purchase price then 1/2. Rather than going to court and spending more time on such a small amount, I accepted. That was a month ago and I never have received a thing. I would like to make consumers aware of the way Estes treats their customers and urge shippers to use another company.
