unsatisfied customer

Car very badly valeted!! scrapped alloy wheel and denied also inside not polished, dash left very dusty, paper still left on floor not hoovered, windscreen not properly cleaned. over all very bad service. took back as only solution because they would not give a refund of any kind (very unhelpful). second time round was slightly better but not worth nearly £100 to get the whole car valet inside and out. manager was very unhelpful and wouldn't listen to what we were saying!! his public relation towards me was very poor to say the least.
