here is a highlight of the bigger things they did

*they called me at 6am day of move to tell me they are going to be late and I had to move things around so someone could be there

* they came and started going throught and telling me that some of my things are not on my list..even if I told the sales person so they wanted to pay more money

*some of the boxes that I put my things in they didn't like so they wanted me to pay more for the to put them in there boxes...the price started at $200...then mins later I was told $300

*they owed got on the phone with me and was very rude and told me that I was a liar and

*I told then I didn't want them taking my stuff and they said they would give me a full refund but they didn't up taking my $600 deposit and trying to keep it
