I repeated tell him, it is out of door price, I want him to apology to me first then he reply WHY ? and pull the conversation to the car I was interested again. He offer me with the same price but I need to sign wholesaler agreement without any warranty from dealer. That is totally not professional and I will start to report to BBB From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Tuesday, 15-Sep-09 17:32:31 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisAn insiders view: The dealer thought you were negotiating price and it is common for the sales man to offer and write up a price. This is where it gets stupid. The sales manager will always refuse the first written offer. If it is to easy to make the deal they belive you will think you paid to much for the vehical. So you go around with written offers a couple or three times and then the sales manager signs the deal. So you came in and thought you were buying a car and they tried to run the sales system on you but you did not understand or were un-willing to play thier game. If you chose not to play their game, good for you. A good salesman would have caught that you did not understand the process and either spent the time to insure you did or spoke to his sales manager to short circuit the problem. Either way go somewhere else and buy from someone that cares about how you want to do business.
