EZ Way - No Way Parking

Everything about this parking option was bad. From the directions that the company posted on line to paying for the service 4 days later.

My biggest complaint, of several, was that fact that they charges me 23.00 more thatn what they should have. I had printed a coupon that I found online. The coupon said that I can save $5 per day. the posted rate per day was 13, the coupon was for 8. So I handed the guy my coupon, when it was time to pay. and he said that he would not accept it. The manager, "Andy" said they have to charge me the price that was written on the valet claim check. Well, needless to say I did not agree to the $15 per day that was written on the claim check. Because there was no instruction regarding the coupon, such as "please mention at time of reservation", or "must be presented at valet drop off", I think the coupon should have been honored. Then Andy told me to step away from the desk, or he would call the police. I tried to explain the situation, and that they need to honor the coupon. He simply picked up the phone and started dialing. I'm not sure why this went extremely wrong. But clearly this is a shady operation. So I paid with my credit card and disputed the charges with my credit card company. 2 days later, the charge was reversed. Sorry guys, but I just don't think this is a great way to do business. and now I am online writing about my experiences in hopes that someone will read this and choose another parking service. good luck "EZ " way parking.
