Chase Auto Finance - threatening calls, incompetence

These guys are a scam, FRAUD!

I have never had a Chase Auto Finance loan. The only auto loan I ever had was with another company, paid off over 5 years ago.

Since last week, I started to receive threatening collections calls. I have never received any letters from them, but now their reps are calling me, leaving threatening messages. I actually spoke with one today and explained I never had an auto loan with them. The monster started screaming and called me a liar! She told me to stop lying and I am 3 months behind on the loan for a Toyota. What on earth? I told the rude rep they got scammed. She then starts demanding my social security number! I told the pig I won't give that out to her. She proceeds to scream and call me a liar.

Chase got scammed on this. I pulled my credit report. They're not listed on the report. Chase better have a field day with the dealership. Whoever opened up an account using my name, phone number provided someone else's address and social security number. Whoever approved this loan should be fired, along with the chase auto finance collections, for not noticing that whoever opened up this loan provided a name, phone, address, social security number that did not match.
