Problem with CVS Pharmasist Tye store 8862

My name is Philip M. I am writing because a problem i had with a so called Pharmacist name Tye at you store #8862 in Garden Grove CA 92840,. i live in the are just a block away. i picked up some medication earl er today about 500pm i took my meds as proscribed do to a tooth infection i woke up about 2:10am with excruciating pain in my stomach i called CVS Pharmacy no one answered to ask questions about the meds. then got dressed went to CVS it's open 24 hours walked to the back the pharmacy it was closed. i called out no one answered. the some guy called out that he was at lunch it was 2:20 AM. i said i just want to ask a question. he said he was at lunch. i could not believe he could not help me. i was in alot of pain. i then asked his name to talk to his manager and he then got a little attitude. and i asked for a pen and paper he put it on the counter and said write it yourself. made me very upset could not believe this guy. i then walked to the front explained to the manager she gave me some info because that was not her area. i then called to ask to contact the manager Wong no one was available. i just don't get it all i wanted was to ask about my participation and all i got was more pain at that point i drove myself to the hospital. i work for the Media and believe I'll make noise about this incident. i expect a phone call sometime today to fix this problem this fellow Tye can not be a pharmacist he has no people skills and should not be behind that counter. what happened to 24 hour service and help for the customer.
