Gemstones America's Value Channel AVC, 1000 Laval Blvd. Lawrenceville, Ga 30043 US shopavc.com Loose Gemstone was returned to AVC via UPS for refund under their 30 day warranty. I have signed receipts for return but was never given credit/refund. Called several times and no response except they were running late. Now it has been 9 months and no response. they stole my money by keeping $1,600.00.Original Invoice# 1260500.
