the rx was lost when the gettysburg shipment was sent by fed ex to the address at 18 truman in irvine ca and was not received by the post office box. now we have to reorder for a 3rd time and try to get the right order in. The shipment was from phizer and contained vaccine and has an expiration date.

To ensure the shipment is received the sender must use a street address and not a p o box. otherwise the fed ex will not deliver it but will return it to sender.
