retrieve voice mail

I have voice mail in my tracphone. I do not know how to retrieve the

mail. I am 86 years old and have a difficult time

trying to follow phone directions from tracphone.

Will you kindly send me e-mail as to how I may retrieve voice mail sent

to me over my tracphone. I wish to retrieve

voice mail in my tracphone by using my other phone so that I do not lose

minutes on my tracphone.
