RapidSMTP have cheated me

I have had purchased their software and to my understanding Rapid SMTP people are cheaters. They have charged me twice (second time without informing me after closing the account)... please beware of using RapidSMTP product in future. I was given access to send 10,000 emails for USD 29.99, I paid using Paypal and was allowed to access after 1500 emails it stopped working when I contacted them they say one of the mail we sent the user made it as SAPM. We have registered user database of over 30,000 opt in people.

The worst part is that, when I contacted them to refund my money if I am not able to use they stopped communicating. They don't have any telephone number on their website. So I was very dissatisfied with RapidSMTP, to my shock and surprise they charged me without informing once again directly from my Paypal account (knowing it the account is not working). Now I have disputed this charge at paypal and hoping to get the payment refund.

I am so frustrated with their communication and my money going without any use to them, therefore I suggest everyone on the web to NOT use RapidSMTP services as they will cheat you to the limit.

I just thought of helping online community be cautious in dealing with such crap software sellers.
