Overdraft Fees on Debt Cards

When is the federal government going to pass legislation to restrict the fees banks charge for overdraft protection on debt cards? This is an absolute scam! The banks need to put in place a mechanism that just doesn't allow a transaction to go through if there isn't enough money in the account.

Nahh they would rather take your money. And guess what since its a fee you have to agree to. No government official will do more than say he will look into it. I wonder where election donations come from?
