India Plaza Order not processed nor refund given

Order # 240720090027 dated 24th July,2009 www.indiaplaza.in

I had ordered an item "Rakhi" to be delivered to my brother-in-law in USA.

The order was not delivered for reasons best know to India Plaza.

They have not even given me refund.

Emails to customer service are responded by standard reply that we are investigating and will revert back to you.

It is now more than 45 days I have not yet got any refund and compensation.
