I ordered a free sample and paid 99 cents or $1.99 for shipping. Within a couple of minutes I got an e-mail from my credit card company telling me that there was some unusual activity on my credit card. I called my card company and they told me that I had purchased several things and had signed up for something that was going to charge 48 dollars a month to my card. When I told them that I didn't agree to any of that stuff they told me that this happened all the time with this company and gave me some phone numbers to call and cancel stuff I didn't even order in the first place. I called the first two numbers and canceled what ever it was that I was being charged for but the last number was always busy I tried for days and it was busy every time. Either they are taking the phone off the hook or they have so many complaints that the phone stays busy all the time.
