hotbooksale.com rip off

Ordered Corel X4 book. Refused all offers to their 30 day free trial. When I reviewed my gift card account used to make the purchase, they had deducted two months of fees for a club for which I have no use. Each fee was $19.95. When I called them they cancelled future charges but would not give me credit for those they took without permission. They have a line on their order page for rejecting the offer, which I selected but was told when I called that I could not make the order without accepting the offer. Not what the web page said. Do not order from this bad practices company.

I'm currently fighting with this merchant over the same issue. I concur with the previous recommendation, do not order from this merchant.
