Photoloon New York, US Photoloon.com Ordered photo equipment on line Oct 3. Oct 6 received order confirmation and notice to call if there are any changes - email also said they could not reach me by phone. Oct 9 received request to call Photoloon to confirm order because my order had different billing and mailing addresses. Called Photoloon. They said they had been trying to reach me - but first email after confirmation was Oct 9. They said no answer on phone - they called home phone, but not cell phone. Said they would ship on Monday for Thursday delivery in Hawaii for additional $199. Said I needed it sooner. They said ship today for Tuesday arrival for additional $299. Told them could get it for same price in Hawaii, they said no and will add a memory card ($10 value). They never said we are sorry. I cancelled the order and asked for cancellation number. they said they don't do that. I asked that written confirmation be sent. they said a manager would do that. i asked for a manager's name - and they said they don't know, but will transfer me to customer service. On hold with customer service for almost 15 minutes. customer service said no problem, will send by email right away. An hour later, I am still waiting.
