Danco Company Poor Customer Service

Air Conditioner installation service Danco Companies Post Office Box 186 Covina,, Ca 91723 US http://www.dancocompanies.com Company representative surveyed air conditioner installation job and made verbal contract (commitment) to send install crew out. When crew did not arrive on time a call was made to Danco. Danco rep Cary Krajeski stated that Danco decided not to install air conditioner because "the owner says we did not sell the unit and will not do the installation". No notice was given by Danco, no call was made to inform this customer. Company was chosen from three bidders because they could do the job while customer was off work - now customer must reschedule job with different company and take uncompensated time off work because of Danco's deceptive and unprofessional business practice. We had an exhaust unit installed and it was installed improperly. We have been communicating with the company for 3 weeks since installation and still no service repairman has been out to repair the problem as promised. At this point I am extremely frustrated and am looking for legal means to resolve the solution since verbal communication proves futile.
