complaint against vodafone.

Dear Sir / Madam,i, Aarti Sharma had purchased a very expensive Black Berry Storm instument from the vodafone gallery located at the corner of 4 bunglows, andheri west, in the month of april 09,&#160In august one fine day suddenly the phone started vibrating on its own and did not stop even after trying to shut the phone off even though the phone was not on vibrating mode & neither were any buttons were operating while vibrating, i dint know what to do but suddenly it stoped after 2 to 3 minutes and the phone was shut down, so i tried to start the phone by button but failed, so i removed the battery to reboot the phone but to my surprise i saw a black spot just like a sort circuit in the left side of the handset where the battery is attached. I closed the phone and went to the vodafone gallery from where i had purchased the phone since it was under warrenty of one year. The executive took my complaint and gave me my holster and battery back with the

complaint letter and said he would call me after a week. After a week they called me and said that this is a physical damage and a charge of Rs. 10,000- will have to be paid. I was surprised because for no mistake of mine and even after the phone was under warrenty why they are asking me to do so their reply on this was that they cant help me on this but I can go to the vodafone head office at Parel. So I personally went there to collect my handset from them. Again to my surprise the handset they gave me was without the battery cover on asking them they said that the battery cover was given to me which is a LIE. I left the phone with them now i would appreciate if you help me to get back my complete phone in working condition since i have the proper bill and well under warrenty. I am in great difficulty and encuring heavy losses in my work with my mobile phone. Hope you look into the matter urgently and help me out from this situation as the vodafone
