car transporting

i received an estimate from them to transport a vehicle from ca to tx and got a price of $675 and they advertised 3-5 day pickup and 5-7 day delivery.by the time they got done with me it took over 2wks to pick it up and over a week to get it to me and the price was $1075.

to me this is not the way to treat a consumer.

also i made NUMEROUS phone calls to them
