CITY LIMOUZINES India Ltd

I have deposit of Rs.1, 30,000 at City Limouzines on 26/04/2008 & i got the six (6) months post dated cheque two weeks later from the date it contains of Rs.7775.

Every month 26th the cheque dates for me, Up to July �09 the cheqes are cleared and amount was credited to my account regularly, my august month cheque was stopped, then I visit the office they told to deposit the cheque once again on 5th September.

Before the date I have received message, please deposit the cheque on 15th September. Finally I got the news the company was closed. Till yet I got some of Rs.116625 from my amount Rs.1, 30,000. I have invested that amount taken one personal loan from ICICI bank, the monthly EMI is Rs.5250 the tenure is 60 months (5 Years), and left of the EMI save Rs.2525

As per his plan they are gives the Rs.7775 for 60 months (5 Years) and after completion date they give Rs.50000, but now they closed.

Please arrange the amount to pre closed my personal loan.

Now a days I am very much trouble to arrange that EMI for every month, I am in trouble by economically. Because I am in LOP � Loss of pay from the concern.
