www.photobucket.com on oct 5 i logged on site and my id or pw didnt work

i used lost Password option just to find out my account isnt there

i contacted customer service provided them with all necesery information they ask for just to be told that they basicly dont know what happend to my account it is no longer on there servers

i used that account on Sep 29 2009 and 4 days later it was gone

what they try to say is either my e-mail was out of date .which is not

or that they deleted my account do to inactivity . hmmm i used that account 4 days before and uploaded some pictures to my album

does anyone see any inactivity here??????????????
